About the Speaker

She is a frequent guest on The O’Reilly Factor and other cable news shows as a charity analyst. Rafferty is a columnist and the author of Smart Generosity. She serves on the Advisory Board of The National Philanthropic Trust and the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy.
