Human Services Campus Visit

Registration is required for all Arizona Grantmakers Forum events. We welcome board members, trustees and staff at all levels from AGF member organizations to attend. AGF meetings and programs are only open to AGF members and paying guests unless otherwise noted.

Every day, nearly 1,000 people come through the Human Services Campus to seek help. Among them are some of the most vulnerable individuals who lack access to more than just affordable housing; they are in need of consistent medical and behavioral care, steady employment, legal assistance and life skills. More than 20 community organizations share the campus to meet these needs, which has become a national model for collaborative community solutions.

Join your fellow AGF members for a guided visit to see firsthand how the campus partners leverage their organizations to rapidly connect people to services. We will hear from Human Services Campus Executive Director Amy Schwabenlender and Krickette Wetherington, Director of Community Impact at Valley of the Sun United Way, who will demystify the root causes of homelessness and the obstacles providers face as partners. Together, we will exchange ideas and explore opportunities for funders to support solutions to end homelessness.

Board members, trustees and staff at all levels are encouraged to attend.
