Giving Done Right: A Conversation with Phil Buchanan

October 2, 2019, 4 - 6 p.m.
Location: Arizona Community Foundation | 2201 East Camelback Road, Suite 405B | Phoenix, Arizona 85016

Arizona Grantmakers Forum events are open to board members, trustees and staff at all levels from AGF member organizations unless otherwise noted. Registration is required for all events.

Please join us for a conversation between Center for Effective Philanthropy President Phil Buchanan and Arizona Community Foundation President and CEO Steve Seleznow to discuss Buchanan’s new book, “Giving Done Right: Effective Philanthropy and Making Every Dollar Count.” Together, they will explore the unique challenge of giving effectively, what it takes to do it well in the current moment, and what can be learned from the crucial role giving and the nonprofit sector have played in this country. Afterward, they will engage the audience in a Q&A followed by a book signing.

This program is ideal for philanthropy professionals and individuals with a formal grantmaking program. Each attendee will receive a complimentary book.
